Reservation and payment

To confirm your stay you will be asked 30% deposit via our confirmation email, bank check or bank transfer. The confirmation of reservation will be sent to you after reception of the deposit.

Cancellation

Conditions of cancellation identical to booking.com. Regarding the deposit paid to the reservation, in accordance with the legislation in force, less than 5 days before the date of stay, the visitor retains the possibility to retract, in which case he loses them. The host also has the opportunity to waive the contract, he must then pay double the deposit. (Article 1590 of the Civil Code). Given the small size of our cottage, cancellations or changes we create significant harm. Therefore, if you have to shorten your stay during your stay, we will charge the full price originally provided in the written confirmation of your stay, without the price charged in this case can be reused during a future stay .

Home

The lodging of Braou accomodates you in its rooms of hosts every day from 12h to 14h and from 18h to 20h. Possibility to arrive outside these time slots after having first made the request by mail and with the agreement of the owner. Thank you for telling the time of your arrival by contact. Possibility to park bikes, cars and motorcycles inside the property.

Animals

Dogs are accepted will be accepted upon prior request made via our online booking form. Attention the property is not fenced.

The breakfast

Prices are per night for 2 persons, excluding breakfast. Breakfast is served in the living area of ​​the cottage from 07:00 to 09:00.

Departure

Upon your departure, the guest rooms must be vacated by 11am to allow your successors to arrive in a room prepared with care as you found it. Possibility to leave your luggage in our house.

Picnic basket

For 10 € per person, we also offer picnic baskets to take away during your excursions in the region. Only on request.
